Italy
Portfolio Admin Internship – Bancassurance and Employee Benefits
This is a 6 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Roma. Participants will provide support in the following areas: operational processes related to compliance with AML and OFAC regulations; after-sales activities including management of portfolio flows for portfolio renewals, interim changes, tariff testing, administrative regularity checks and checklists in case of claims; and correspondence with brokers to ensure the management of customer care/after-sales operational processes.
Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or similar field is preferred.
Program expected to begin in October.
Portfolio Admin Internship – Direct to Consumer and Face to Face
This is a 6 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Roma. Participants will provide support in the following areas: operational processes related to compliance with SLAs; after-sales activities; and correspondence related to customer care.
Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or similar field is preferred.
Program expected to begin in October.
Underwriter Internship
This is a 6 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Roma. Participants will manage Broker requests, prepare policy documents for Group Life and Group Medical policies, and coordinate activities for policy management. Participants will interact with colleagues in operations, sales, and intermediaries.
Bachelor's or master's degree in economics or similar field is preferred.

Portugal
Legal Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon. Participants will provide support in the following areas: review and standardization of existing legal documentation, conduct research and develop operational concepts and methods to comply with legal and regulatory provisions, assist in the drafting and review of contracts, and Prepare activity reports.
A bachelor's or master's degree in law or a similar field is preferred.
Program expected to begin in September.
Product Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon. Participants will provide support in the following areas: Support for product creation, Preparation of policy renewals, Calculation of redemptions and Business monitoring.
A bachelor's or master’s degree in actuarial science, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or similar field is preferred.
Program expected to begin in September.
Risk & Compliance Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with a hybrid work arrangement in Lisbon. Participants will provide support in the following areas: contribute to the implementation and dissemination of the company's risk policies, monitor compliance with internal policies and external standards, assist in the review of compliance documents and support the identification and analysis of operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
A bachelor's or master’s degree in management, economics, law, or similar field is preferred.
Program expected to begin in September.
Spain
Product Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with a virtual work arrangement in Madrid. Participants will work on reporting, prevention of money laundering policies, GDPR, anti-bribery policies, and risk assessments.
Bachelor's or master's in law, ADE, or economics preferred.
Program expected to begin in September.
IT Infrastructure Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with a virtual work arrangement in Madrid. Participants will work on help desk/system services, management of domain and security policies, and provide support to the IT department.
Bachelor's in computer engineering or software engineering preferred.
Program expected to begin in September.
IT Application Development Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with an in-office work arrangement in Madrid. Participants will work on project management, ITRS policies, requirements gathering, and preparation of technical drawings.
Bachelor's in computer engineering preferred.

Operations Trainee
This is a 12 month internship with an in-office work arrangement in Madrid. Participants will work on process flows documentation; procedures improvement, design, development, and testing of workflows; and internal quality controls.
